CHARLTON ‘BLACK STUMP’ Clare Castle Hotel from 11.30 pm on the Saturday night The Black Stump is the award in memory of Rob Charlton, a former Kapunda bank manager, who was one of the original instigators of the Kapunda Celtic Festival. It is open to all composer/reciters of poetry in the traditional Australian style. Judges decision is final. Organised by the Celtic Music Club of SA, the Contest will be held in the Clare Castle Hotel from 11.30 pm on the Saturday night.
